Three meals a day served to community members.

Each participating household receives an allotment of food benefits based on the USDA's, Thrifty Food Plan. This allotment is adjusted annually according to the U. S. Department of Labor's analysis of the cost of food. Missouri Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) is the method by which households receive and use food stamp benefits. Households may use their Missouri EBT card in any grocery store or retail location anywhere in the United States that has been authorized by the USDA Food and Nutrition Service and displays the Quest sign. The benefits may be used to purchase any food or food products prepared for human consumption except alcoholic beverages and tobacco, hot foods, or foods prepared for immediate consumption. Benefits may also be used to buy seeds and plants for use in gardens to produce food for the personal consumption of the household. Under certain conditions, members of the eligible households who are 60 years of age or older may use the benefits to pay for home delivered meals and other meals prepared for elderly persons.

The Missouri Child Care Subsidy Program provides eligible families assistance with the cost of child care.

Utility Assistance: Provides assistance to low-income individuals for gas bill assistance. Partial payments are made to avoid utility cut-offs.

Breastfeeding Peer Counselors available to provide support and information

Assists with Medical appeals and/or complaints.

Support group for friends, children ages 8-20 years and other relatives of alcoholics. Variety of meetings scheduled at different times throughout the state.

Medicare is a federal medical program that provides health coverage for individuals age 65 and older or those with a disability.

Homeless Prevention and Rapid Rehousing: Extensive case management services for homeless individuals and/or individuals in threat of being homeless. Services may include rent, gas, electric payment assistance, security deposit, first months rent, placement in housing, overnight stay at hotels, etc.

Provides a wide range of services, programs and collections to encourage lifelong learning.

Provides vocational evaluation services to determine appropriate vocational goals and identify barriers which may interfere with success. May include vocational counseling and exploration, testing, work samples, trial tours and community based assessment.

Head Start is a national child development program for children from birth to age 5, which provides services to promote academic, social and emotional development, as well as providing social, health and nutrition services for income-eligible families.
