The Parkinson Foundation of the Heartland serves as a voluntary health organization providing information about Parkinson Disease, support groups, exercise groups and has a lending library.

Residential Services for Developmentally Disabled Adult: Operates an eight bed Community-Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) where adults with a developmental disability is supervised by on-site staff at all times, taught skills to increase their ability to live as independently as possible.

Supported Employment: St. Louis Arc offers individualized assessment, career development, on-the-job support and consultation for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Arc also offers employment services for people with high functioning autism.
