Utility Assistance: Provides assistance to low-income individuals for water bill assistance. Partial payments are made to avoid utility cut-offs.

Accepts a wide variety of donations that are not in need of repair; some donations are sold as a way to earn money for the programs; automobile donations are put up for bid; a pick-up service is available and usually takes from 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on the season.

Works with local parishes and community groups to develop Emergency Response Plans to help them be better prepared to know how to respond when disaster strikes.

Accepts a variety of donated children's clothing that are in good condition, donations are not sold to earn money for the program and a donation pick-up service is not available.
