The Family Case Management Program: A statewide program that helps income eligible clients with a pregnant woman, infant, or young child to obtain the health care services and other assistance they may need to have a healthy pregnancy and to promote the child's healthy development. Also, serve as authorized agents for completing Medicaid Presumptive Eligibility (MPE) applications for pregnant women, and assist families in completing All Kids applications for their children.

Caritas Youth Therapeutic Treatment Center provides a temporary residential home and therapy for children to heal from the trauma of serious abuse and/or neglect or have an emotional condition that is too severe for them to succeed at home or a foster home. Caritas Youth Emergency Shelter provides a shelter for youth involved with ILDCFS (Illinois Department of Children and Family Services) who have no current housing options. Caritas Community Youth Shelter provides a shelter for youth involved with ILDHS (Illinois Department of Human Services) who are unable to return home.

Provides aide and nursing service in patient's homes. Services include homemaker chores, personal care, respite, advanced personal care, advanced respite, authorized RN visits (for medication set-ups, etc.)
