Family-centered Services are provided to families and children in their own homes when a child abuse or neglect investigation/family assessment response determination is preponderance of evidence, unsubstantiated-preventive services indicated, or services needed. These services are also provided to families who voluntarily seek help. Family-centered Services include a range of treatment and support services and are provided, as appropriate to the case treatment plan.

Through the Caregiver Relief Program reimbursement may be provided for home medical equipment, safety products, and caregiver supplies not covered by Medicare/Medicaid.

Prevent T2 is designed for individuals who have even diagosed with prediabetes and/or gestational diabetes. We assist them with changing eating habits and increasing physical activity to decrease their risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Pediatricians and pediatric nurse practitioners provides preventative care as well as the treatment of both acute and chronic conditions in children, services include management and treatment of chronic conditions, such as allergy and asthma, ADHD and behavioral issues.

Providing free notary services for individuals.

Provides a wide range of informational and educational programs in consumerism, agriculture, human development, business, youth, 4-H Clubs, and more.

Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service.

Food is available one time per month when family is in crisis.

Immunizations are given for the following diseases: Diphtheria, Pertussis/Tetanus, Td, Polio, Measles, Mumps/Rubella, HIB, Hep B, Varicella, Prevnar, Hep A, Influenza, and Meningococcal.
