MoRx was created by the 93rd General Assembly to coordinate benefits with Medicare's (Part D) Prescription Drug Program, and to provide additional assistance for prescription drug costs to Missourians in need. MoRx pays for 50% of members' out of pocket costs remaining after their Medicare Prescription Drug Plan pays. It pays for 50% of the deductible, 50% of the co-pays before the coverage gap, 50% of the coverage gap, and 50% of co-pays in the catastrophic coverage. MoRx does not pay for the Medicare Part D Plan's monthly premium. MoRx uses the formulary of the Medicare Prescription Drug Plans. Any drug covered by a member's Medicare Drug Plan will also be covered by the MoRx plan. MoRx works with all Medicare Prescription Drug Plans. Dual eligible members will continue to have coverage for Medicare-excluded drugs through MO HealthNet. Medicare-excluded drugs include specific over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, minerals, limited cough and cold drugs, benzodiazepines and barbiturates as they are currently covered by MO HealthNet, as noted on the MO HealthNet Division Pharmacy pages. Extra help with paying for Medicare Part D costs is available from the Social Security Administration (SSA) for individuals with low income and limited assets. All dual eligibles automatically qualify for the extra help in paying for their premiums and co-pays. Other individuals may submit an application for extra help to the SSA.

Other items available depending on donations are walkers, wheelchairs, crutches, canes, ostomy supplies, colostomy supplies, bandages, gauze, Depends, or laryngectomy supplies. Offer pressure point pillows and afghans as comfort items. Provides nutrition for feeding tubes, adult diapers.

Loan variety of books, audiobooks, music, videos and DVDs for children, teens and adults. Services available on-site include: public access computers, wireless access, newspapers and magazines, reference collections and one-on-one assistance, children's areas with toys and computer games. Also, offer storytimes and a wide variety of programs and performances for children and adults.

Electric power, natural gas and water are provided by the City of Kennett to its residents, businesses and industries. Rates are based on usage.

Residential Placement and Program Services: Group residential homes provides personal care, medical care, dietary management, recreation opportunities throughout the community, occupational, physical and speech therapy as recommended to children with developmental disabilities. Services provided by trained staff and overseen by a Program Manager and a nurse.

Accepts applications for enrollment in and determine eligibility for the Medicare program. The program helps with the cost of health care, but it does not cover all medical expenses or the cost of most long-term care.

Weatherization auditor will perform an on-site home energy audit to identify air leaking areas, insufficient insulation levels, inspect and test heating systems for both safe and efficient operation. Services may include insulation installation, applying weather stripping and caulking to seal off air leaks. May make necessary furnace repairs to existing heating systems, add fresh air ventilation, and in some cases replace inefficient or hazardous heating systems (in owner occupied homes only).
