An accessible gym that offers more than 40 pieces of accessible exercise equipment. Expert staff of physical and occupational therapists are available to assist individuals with disabilities as they exercise, continue their post-rehabilitation training and participant in other recreational activities. Members of the center may also be able to receive chiropractic services through a partnership with Logan University. Also, members may be able to receives services such as assistance in evaluating seating and mobility needs and/or exploring unique challenges of being a parent with disabilities through a partnership with Washington University. Paraquad also offers fitness programs designed for older adults and is a certified SilverSneakers program.

Plans for the systematic delivery of services for persons age 60 years and older, their caregivers and grandparent raising grandchildren in the seven county service region in Illinois and contracts with providers of appropriate services.

BAILS will loan walking aids and assistive technology to people with disabilities with no deposit or payment for 60 days. The equipment inventory includes but is not limited to the following: Geri Chair, Manual Wheelchairs, Walkers with and without wheels, Shower Chairs, Lift Chair and Crutches.
