The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

The Well Child Clinic provides preventive health care examinations, immunization updates, and developmental education for children. Children are served in this clinic by a physician and/or physicians assistant (PA) and a registered nurse. The program also serves as a referral system to private physicians when services other than prevention are required. We cannot provide sports physicals examinations.

The Consortium operates community clinics throughout southwest Missouri. Provides a wide range of medical care.

Health screenings are provided for the following: Cardiovascular, Sexually Transmitted Diseases and HIV, Diabetes, Lead, and tuberculosis. Other screenings available upon request.

Women's health clinic that provides comprehensive gynecological and obstetric care for women of all ages.
