Accepts donations of wheelchairs that are in good condition and not be in need of repair. Donations are not sold as a way to earn money for the program and a donation pick-up service is not available.

Ability KC provides CARF Accredited Amputee Specialty Services for children, adolescents and adults who have experienced upper or lower extremity amputation. Ability KC therapy teams are experienced in providing care to individuals who have had an amputation as a result of trauma, vascular disease, cancer, sepsis, and more. In addition, Ability KC therapists are experienced in prosthetic training including complex and advanced prosthetic devices for upper and lower amputations.
