Payday advance and small dollar loan customers that believe that a CFSA member company has engaged in an unlawful or unfair lending practice may submit a formal grievance to CFSA’s Ethics Committee. The Ethics Committee will review your case and determine if a violation of CFSA Best Practices has occurred. If so, the Committee will determine what action should be taken against the CFSA member.

Classes are held at the Health Department, 547 S 13 Hwy in Lexington. The basic class is approximately 1 1/2 hours. Classes may also be scheduled on-location for new businesses and in special circumstances. Classes may be scheduled on site if 10 or more students can register and pre-pay. The Children's Division actively seeks individuals and couples who are willing to become foster parents for the children in the State's custody. Prospective foster parents take a total of 27 hours of training on five competencies necessary to work with the children in CD custody and their families.

This hospital is a safe haven for persons wishing to legally surrender physical custody of their infant. Person stating that they are the parent may leave an infant (without fear of prosecution) in the hands of staff. A parent will not be prosecuted for leaving their newborn at a safe haven if they follow the laws, assuming the child is under 45 days old and shows no signs of abuse or neglect.
