The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center healthcare professionals provide prenatal care until the final weeks of pregnancy. At that time, the clinic will refer the pregnant person to a Meritas Health obstetrician, who will oversee their care and the baby’s delivery at North Kansas City Hospital. After the delivery, parent and baby can return to Rodgers Health for their postpartum health needs.
