The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

The Elder Abuse and Neglect Hotline responds to reports of alleged abuse, neglect or financial exploitation of persons 60 years of age or older and other eligible adults between age 18 and 59 with disabilities. The program provides investigation, intervention and follow-up services to victims and stresses the mentally competent adult's right to make their own decisions. Reports of abuse, neglect or other complaints regarding Long Term Care Facilities are also registered at the Elder Abuse and Neglect Hotline. Investigations are completed by Long Term Care survey staff around the state. The hotline 800-392-0210 operates 24 hours per day, 365 days per year and is staffed by 16 Adult Protective Community Service Workers.

Community Assistance Coalition is a site for Happy Bottoms diapers. Participants may sign up to receive monthly diapers at this location until the child has received diapers for 3 years or until their 4th birthday, whichever comes first.

Show Me Healthy Women (SMHW): Referrals to providers for breast exams.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy: Provides therapy to individuals with autism to identify areas of weakness or inappropriate behaviors to decrease behaviors. Services include development of a plan, functional behavioral assessment and consultation with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

KC CARE provides STI testing for chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV, and hepatitis A, B, & C.

Provides new parent assistance services.

MAAC provides MAACLink software services to nonprofit agencies and does not serve clients directly via MAACLink. They Coordinate MAACLink data collection/reporting system for social service agencies in KC metro area for EA and Fund Management.

Senior center available for senior citizens.

Provides free or reduced-cost mammograms, breast exams and pap tests to eligible Missouri women.
