A parent or other person having lawful custody of an infant may leave the infant (without fear of prosecution) in the hands of staff. The group also meet on a monthly basis for crafts and recreational activities. RCIL Friends groups are located in El Dorado, Emporia, Eureka, Osage City. RCIL also offers Online Friends group via computer or phone.
