Parenting Skills Training is intended to improve an adult/caregiver's skills, knowledge, understanding of development, and confidence for parenting children well.

Prescription Drug Program: Working with Rx Outreach provides a 90 to 180 day renewable prescription is submitted through our 143 participating parish conferences, based on prescriptions written by physician, clinic or hospital. Vouchers are mailed and Rx is mailed to clients.

Providing information, support, resource referrals, and education for serious and terminally ill individuals and their families.

Provides practical, research-based information and programs to meet the educational needs of local citizens. Local staff develop and deliver programs based on needs identified by the local citizens and programs are provided by the University of Missouri, Columbia.

Accepts a wide range of donations that are not in need of repair; some donations are sold as a way to earn money for the program; automobiles in good condition that are accepted as donations would be sold; the food pantry may use a donated truck in good condition.

Legal Aid of Western Missouri provides free legal representation and counsel to low-income residents in civil (non-criminal) matters. Priority is given to cases involving housing, employment, domestic abuse, immigration, consumer problems and public benefits. Legal Aid has a limited capacity for cases due to capacity, so assistance may be limited at this time. Cannot accept eviction cases outside of Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher cases. KCMO residents should apply through Right to Counsel program.

Utility Assistance: Provides assistance to low-income individuals for water bill assistance. Partial payments are made to avoid utility cut-offs.

Assists with Medicaid appeals and/or complaints.

Offers a temporary overnight warming shelter to those in need during extremely cold weather. Shelter is located in the Public Safety Building, 333 S. Main St. Edwardsville IL 62025

Food vouchers are given which are used at 8 area church food pantries. GRACE takes applications, screens applicants and makes appointments for food pick up at one of the food pantries. ONLY for clients in the Rolla, Edgar Springs and Newburg School Districts.

A mail forwarding and address confidentiality service for Missouri residents who are victims of domestic abuse, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking or other crimes and fear future harm. The Safe at Home program forwards first class mail, certified mail and legal documents to help keep victims' location confidential. Participants may also use the substitute address on government records and public filings.
