The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

Partnering with the St. Louis Area Diaper Bank to provide families in need with a supply of diapers. Families can pick up a supply of appropriately sized diapers or training pants for children ages 3 and under.

Health screenings are provided for the following: Cardiovascular, Sexually Transmitted Diseases and HIV, Diabetes, Lead, and tuberculosis. Other screenings available upon request.

High Risk Infant Follow Up: Receives reports from delivering hospitals on infants with adverse pregnancy outcomes. Nurses make follow-up visits with the clients to complete physical and developmental assessments.

Full-service public library offering print, A/V materials and bilingual programs and classes for all ages. A computer lab, wireless internet access and meeting rooms are available to the public.

Assistance in preparing state and federal income tax returns, includes electronic filing of federal and state income tax returns and credits.

Family Networking is a program of Children's Craniofacial Association in Family members are connected with other family members to share emotional support, discuss problems and identify resources. Many families that have a member with a craniofacial condition feel alone and secluded. Being able to communicate with other parents, siblings, or patients can help family members feel part of a larger community with others who are ready to help them through rough times. Offers after-school programs, summer camps, athletic programs, and character and leadership skills that guide and direct youth ages 6-18 years from all backgrounds, with special concern for those from at-risk circumstances. Activities teaches youth the value of life, strengthens self-esteem, and makes better citizens in the community.

Program assists households that are at risk of having their utility services disconnected or have been disconnected and do not have the resources to have them re-established.
