Jefferson-Franklin Community Action program has implemented a new voucher homeownership program as of October 1, 2006. The voucher Homeownership program is a unique program designed to allow participants of the Section 8 rental assistance program to become a first time homebuyer with continued assistance on mortgage payments instead of rental assistance payments.
