Rural Health Clinic that provides Family Practice services. OCH Newton County Clinic services include wellness care (annual wellness exams, well woman exams, well child and sick child care, early periodic screenings), immunizations, treatment of acute illnesses and injuries (common cold, flu, earache, simple lacerations), management of acute and chronic health conditions (hypertension, diabetes care, COPD, hyperlipidemia), lab services, and OB (prenatal) services.

General Assembly to coordinate benefits with Medicare's (Part D) Prescription Drug Program, and to provide additional assistance for prescription drug costs to Missourians in need. MoRx pays for 50% of members' out of pocket costs remaining after their Medicare Prescription Drug Plan pays. It pays for 50% of the deductible, 50% of the co-pays before the coverage gap, 50% of the coverage gap, and 50% of co-pays in the catastrophic coverage. MoRx does not pay for the Medicare Part D Plan's monthly premium. MoRx uses the formulary of the Medicare Prescription Drug Plans. Any drug covered by a member's Medicare Drug Plan will also be covered by the MoRx plan. MoRx works with all Medicare Prescription Drug Plans. Dual eligible members will continue to have coverage for Medicare-excluded drugs through MO HealthNet. Medicare-excluded drugs include specific over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, minerals, limited cough and cold drugs, benzodiazepines and barbiturates as they are currently covered by MO HealthNet, as noted on the MO HealthNet Division Pharmacy pages. Extra help with paying for Medicare Part D costs is available from the Social Security Administration (SSA) for individuals with low income and limited assets. All dual eligibles automatically qualify for the extra help in paying for their premiums and co-pays. Other individuals may submit an application for extra help to the SSA.

Chiropractic care provided by Cleveland Chiropractic College at Kansas City CARE Clinic.

This program helps detect breast & cervical cancers in their earliest stages when they are easiest to treat. Free mammograms & pap tests will be provided to women who meet income and age requirements. Other services for women are offered at this sight.

Outpatient Mental Health: Provides marital counseling, addressing issues such as relationship issues, life changes such as marriage, divorce, parenthood, adolescents and adulthood.

Offers a summer camp to ages 0 to 18 years old.

Organization provides aerospace and near space educational services. Two programs are available Aerospace Program and CAP Near Space Program.

Education on sleep safety and car seats provided.

Provides safety and injury prevention education on swimming.

Offers Food Production Support Services.

Administrative offices for four St. Louis Community College campuses. Information about courses, registration, fees, grants/financial aid and scholarships provided.

Provides transportation services.

Wyandotte County District Court handles civil and criminal cases, Juvenile matters, Probate, Family Law, Traffic, and Small Claims.

Provides a food pantry to those in need.

Assistance for families experiencing a crisis such as a house fire or natural disaster with temporary shelter or relocation services, such as rent/rent deposits and utilities, etc. (if funding is available) and community referrals.

Provide sexually transmitted disease (STD) screening for participants.

Caldwell County Health Department conducts babysitting instruction classes.

A supplemental nutrition program for pregnant, breast feeding and postpartum women and their infants and children to age five. Recipients must meet income guidelines and qualify as "nutritionally at risk" based on a medical & nutritional assessment.

Applicants may receive a LIHEAP grant or other funding paid to the provider of their home electric to pay a portion of their electricity expense each year.

Membership opportunities include programs such as fitness, aquatics, youth sports, gymnastics, day camp, teens programs and more.

Recreation Program: Individuals 18 years and older who work in Gasconade County and have developmental disabilities. Meets monthly.

When a heat emergency is declared, Senior Center is open to the public (all ages) as a Cooling site. Snacks and cold drinks are available as are restroom facilities.

JCDHE offers well women exams conducted by Advanced Practice Registerd Nurses.

Provides Obstetrics/Gynecology services to women.

Women are eligible for: -Must be uninsured -Approved methods of contraception -STD testing and treatment, including pap tests and pelvic exams -Family planning, counseling, and birth control education -Drugs, supplies or devices for above services
