The Telecommunications Access Program for Telephone (TAP-T) provides access to basic voice telephone calling for individuals with all types of disabilities through the delivery of adaptive telephone equipment: text telephones, voice carry over phones, phone for hearing carry over, amplified phones, Braille phones, hands-free phones, photo phones and Captel phones. Training is also provided on the proper use of the equipment.

Public Health Home Visits: Provides short-term home visits to individuals that enhances their physical and emotional comfort.

Supports individuals with developmental disabilities who are living on their own and generally need 10 hours or less support a week in order to maintain independence.
