  • In Our Own Voice Presentation: A free 90-minute presentation by speakers who share personal testimonies of living with and overcoming the challenges posed by having a mental health condition. By broadening people’s knowledge of mental health conditions, we replace misunderstanding, fear, and judgment with insight, awareness, and acceptance. The presentation can be adapted to meet the special needs of the audience upon request.
  • Mental Health in the Workplace Presentation: A free 90-minute presentation in which employers and employees can learn about mental health and ways to support their colleagues. Employers can be a great resource to their employees by providing opportunities for education, creating a mentally healthy workplace and supporting their employees who are living with a mental health condition.
  • Peer-to-Peer Class: A free 8-session educational program for adults with mental health conditions who are looking to understand themselves and their recovery better. Taught by trained leaders with lived experience, this program includes activities, discussions, and informative videos.
  • Provider Seminar: A free 4-hour workshop taught by a team consisting of an adult with a mental health condition, a family member and a mental health professional who is also a family member or has a mental health condition themselves. Provider introduces mental health professionals to the unique perspectives of people with mental health conditions and their families, helping them to develop enhanced empathy for their daily challenges and recognize the importance of including them in all aspects of the treatment process.
  • Sharing Hope Initiative: A free three-part conversation series specifically for the Black/African American community, designed to introduce safe discussions on mental health and wellness within the Black/African American community, facilitated by those of the Black/African American descent.
