Outpatient substance abuse counseling is available including day treatment. Outpatient services for adolescents is provided. Length of stay is based on progress.

Provide Care Coordination to older persons and their family caregivers, including assessment, care plan development, monitoring and assistance in accessing public and private services. Provide assistance with Medicare Part D and Missouri Rx application and enrollment process. Can also advocate for clients experiencing any problems with those programs.

Juvenile court

Supported employment services may be available for individuals with significant disabilities requiring special on-the-job supervision. A Vocational Rehabilitation counselor will work with individuals to determine eligibility for services.

Individuals or families needing to place their child(ren) into foster care should contact the office to discuss options.

When a heat emergency is declared, Senior Center is open to the public (all ages) as a Cooling site. Snacks and cold drinks are available as are restroom facilities.

Develops a coordinated delivery system of services to assist and enable older Missourians to remain in their own homes as long as possible and to enhance the quality of life for all older Missourians. Congregate and home delivered meals program, long term ombudsman program, in home services, paperwork assistance, legal services, health promotion, information and assistance, tax information, transportation assistance, respite care, family caregiver support program Medicare Prescription Drug Program, and the Missouri Senior Rx Program.

The SSVF aims to help veterans who are currently homeless or about to be homeless obtain and maintain affordable housing. We are a Housing First crisis response program who assist Veterans and their families with obtaining permanent housing or assist them with maintaining their current housing.Housing case management services that include but are not limited to, temporary financial assistance for rent, utility deposits, moving costs, etc. as well as employment education and job search. Other case management will include housing counseling, money management and support. Assistance in obtaining and coordinating other public benefits available in the community are also available with case management services.

Provides before and after school programs for students to participate in interactive learning models, receive assistance with homework from YMCA staff and socialize with other children that enhance their development, growth and self-confidence.

Women's Health: Provides pregnancy testing.

Offers safe, affordable housing. Efficiency studio, 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments are available. 1, 2 & 3 bedroom barrier free apartments are available. You can choose to pay a flat rate rent based on apartment size or rent based on income. There is a $100 security deposit required and a utility deposit which is paid to the city of Richland ranging from $150-$225. One pet is allowed with a $100 pet deposit (there are height and weight limitations on dogs)
