The master application also ensures that the resume is aligned with the client’s job choice. Additionally, each woman meets with a staff member or volunteer for a two-hour resume review. INTERVIEW STRATEGIES & MOCK INTERVIEWS: Clients participate in mock interviews led by human resource professionals, hiring managers, and other business professionals who serve as WEN volunteers. ASSESSMENT & CASE MANAGEMENT: Clients meet with a case manager to discuss personal goals and social concerns (e.g. housing, food, childcare, transportation, and physical/mental health). Case managers assess the client's needs and help them access community resources."
