The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. If you would like to place your baby for adoption, we’ll identify couples for your consideration. These couples have been carefully screened and matched by our qualified staff. If you are not comfortable with our initial recommendation, we will network with other agencies to select couples that match the criteria. Ultimately, you choose who your baby’s adoptive parents will be. We will be there with you throughout your pregnancy and birth of the baby, answering any questions that you might have and lending the support you need. After the delivery, our staff will be there at the hospital to serve as your advocate as you place the baby with the adoptive parents.
