Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. Offers gynecological exams, pregnancy tests, PAP smears, breast exams, emergency and low-cost contraceptives, STD screening and treatment, and the HPV vaccine. Specially-trained nurse practitioners and physicians provide health exams in a pleasant and confidential atmosphere.

They provide emergency assistance to stabilize individuals and families in crisis. These services include, but are not limited to emergency rental assistance and emergency utility (water) assistance.
