Health screenings are provided for the following: Cardiovascular, Sexually Transmitted Diseases and HIV, Diabetes, Lead, and tuberculosis. Other screenings available upon request.

Occupational therapy is offered to eligible students at all St. Louis County Public Schools. Therapy is designed to help improve gross and fine motor skills, sensory motor processing, coordination, adaptation to environment, organizing and using materials, and developing dressing and feeding skills appropriate to the learning environment.

Adult in-home respite care is provided.

Provides a warm line with a "listening ear" person who can listen.

Individuals or families needing to place their child(ren) into foster care should contact the office to discuss options. Also, receives and reviews applications for families who would like to adopt or foster a child(ren).

Provides a food pantry

Public housing authority for the residents of Ray County in Missouri. This agency helps with housing counseling, as well as information regarding low income subsidized housing for individuals and families in need.

Women are eligible for: -Must be uninsured -Approved methods of contraception -STD testing and treatment, including pap tests and pelvic exams -Family planning, counseling, and birth control education -Drugs, supplies or devices for above services

Serves as an elementary school

Providing Chromebooks (laptop/tablet) and/or a wifi hotspot to individuals who do not have access to a computer or internet. Chromebooks/hotspots and be checked out for 21 days

Head Start: Provides educational experiences, medical and dental services, nutritional meals, counseling and opportunities for parental involvement to help prepare low-income children and children with disabilities to enter and succeed in school.

Distributes home medical equipment, devices include, but are not limited to, manual/power wheelchairs and van lifts. Does not offer medications, orthopedic braces, tubing and masks for CPAPs and BiPaps.

• Tax prep assistance does not apply to returns that include farm, business, rental or partnership income.
• Tax prep assistance available to individuals who qualify for VITA.

Family-centered Services are provided to families and children in their own homes when a child abuse or neglect investigation/family assessment response determination is preponderance of evidence unsubstantiated-preventive services indicated or services needed . These services are also provided to families who voluntarily seek help. Family-centered Services include a range of treatment and support services and are provided, as appropriate to the case treatment plan.

Prevention programs targeted to middle school (6th, 7th, and 8th grade) school children that discuss and present materials and programs to raise awareness of underage drinking, and prescription & over-the-counter drug abuse. The program has been made possible through two grants from The Department of Mental Health. School assemblies, media ads, radio broadcast statements, student slogan contests, and student surveys were conducted to raise public awareness.
