Our Health Insurance Navigators are Certified Application Counselors trained to assist individuals with understanding the Affordable Care Act; applying for Marketplace Health Insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare; and increasing health insurance literacy. Services are available year-round. Some of our Navigators are also trained to assist clients with Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP).

Community Center providing meetings, fundraisers to support assistance, a warming center, and a cooling center.

The Children's Division actively seeks individuals and couples who are willing to become foster parents for the children in the State's custody. Prospective foster parents take a total of 27 hours of training on five competencies necessary to work with the children in CD custody and their families.
