The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

Crisis Intervention Program: Provides crisis intervention and counseling to juveniles and their families who are experiencing instability within the family structure and are in need of immediate intervention.

Accepts a wide variety of non-monetary donations; call for details about baby items that are accepted; diapers are not accepted.

Scattered Sites Apartment Living: Supports older youth by helping them learn and practice the skills necessary to successfully transition into adult life. Services include apartment living, case management, employment and educational services, medical and psychiatric services and linking youth with positive community resources and adult mentors.

Health screenings are provided for the following: Cardiovascular, Sexually Transmitted Diseases and HIV, Diabetes, Lead, and tuberculosis. Other screenings available upon request.
