Adult Activity Program: Offers day training program, includes activities of daily living, home management, survival skills, recreation, computer usage, community integration, career and vocational exploration.

Peer counseling for individuals with disabilities

Services are offered for children and parents involved in the adoption process. These include the evaluation of the child's needs prior to placement, and arrangements for care of the child prior to the child's adoptive placement and to the approval of the adoptive family. Also, special activities are provided to help adoptive parents and children adjust to the new family situation.

Provides teen family planning and teen pregnancy prevention programs and birth control counseling.

Cardiovascular Institute: Provides diagnosis and treatment of the cardiovascular system-heart, arteries and veins. Tests include EKG, Cardiac stress tests and echocardiogram.

Accepts donations of walking aids that are in good condition and not be in need of repair. Donations are not sold as a way to earn money for the program and a donation pick-up service is not available.

Utility Assistance: Provides assistance to low-income individuals for gas bill assistance. Partial payments are made to avoid utility cut-offs.

Individuals receive support through job assessments, individual community employment, work crews, and enclaves.

• Transitioning Program: Support youth on an IEP (Individualized Education Program) that are transitioning from secondary education to postsecondary life. Trainings offered to youth are pre employment skills, financial skills, nutrition information and communication skills.

• Transition Training Services Program (Transitions Program): Provides direct instruction within current participating school district classrooms preparing students to transition from school-to-work or school-to-high education or vocational training. The program teaches students vital independent living and career planning which are necessary to succeed in the next real life steps.

GED Classes: Offers basic education where clients work toward obtaining their GED.
