The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

Based on availability, and guidance from the Missouri Department of Health and Human Services (MO DHSS) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the Miller County Health Department will be providing the COVID-19 vaccinations.

Provides practical, research-based information and programs to meet the educational needs of local citizens. Local staff develop and deliver programs based on needs identified by the local citizens and programs are provided by the University of Missouri, Columbia.

Provides one-on-one counseling with licensed counselor or provisionally licensed counselor to individuals, couples and families. Sessions run 50 minutes to one hour in length.

This National Call Center for Homeless Veterans ensures that homeless veterans or veterans at risk for homelessness have access to services they need. Provides information and referral for homeless veterans and their families to VA Medical centers, federal, state and local partners, community agencies, service providers and others in the community. Callers can be connected with the Homeless Point of Contact at the nearest VA facility.

Creating wealth for communities by assisting business start-ups and helping businesses remain competitive and prosperous.

Provides a wide range of information about disabilities.

Provides reduced-cost or free breast exams for eligible Missouri women.

Provides complete range of library services which includes books, compact discs, dvd's, bookmobiles, etc., summer reading club, story time and various other programs for children.

Utility Assistance: Provides assistance to low-income individuals for water bill assistance. Partial payments are made to avoid utility cut-offs.

Provides chronic disease management services.

Prescription Drug Program: Working with Rx Outreach provides a 90 to 180 day renewable prescription is submitted through our 143 participating parish conferences, based on prescriptions written by physician, clinic or hospital. Vouchers are mailed and Rx is mailed to clients.

Rural health clinic providing various health services.

Coalition of agencies serving individuals and families with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities in St. Charles St. Louis, St. Louis City, and Jefferson County Coalition lobbies on behalf of individuals and their member agencies.

Offers hot nutritious meals, home delivered meals, educational, recreational and health programs, I&R, outreach, telephone reassurance, volunteerism and other activities.

Veterans of the United States Uniformed Services may be eligible for a broad range of programs and services provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Provides informational presentations and assistance on Medicare D to area organizations and other professionals working with persons with disabilities and seniors.
