Provides a day program that teaches individuals about their health and/or monitoring their health needs. Services may include medication administration., occupational, physical and speech therapy and monitoring vitals, tube feeding, and trach care.

Community Outreach Nurse Program: Registered nurses provide case management services at community faith-based sites such as food pantries, community and daycare centers. The nurses serve low-income adults through whole-person health care that addresses physical, mental and spiritual needs.

Tutor.com offers free and unlimited live one-on-one tutoring for all ages including job finding assistance, applying for a job, resume preparation and more. Resources are available for college students, adults and job seekers.

MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

Diabetes Prevention Program: Helps participants learn about and adopt the healthy eating and physical activity habits that have been proven to reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. The program strives to help participants reduce weight by 7% and engage in regular physical activity.
