While at the CPC, children will speak to a Forensic Interviewer who has experience talking to children and has special training in child development and forensic interview techniques. This interview is digitally recorded and is made available to law enforcement, child abuse investigators, prosecutors and medical/mental health professionals in order to reduce the number of times a child is interviewed about their abuse. During the child's interview, a Family Advocate meets with the child's family to provide crisis intervention, referrals for specialized medical and mental health services, and information about the investigation and legal process. The Family Advocate also provides ongoing support and information to families following the child's interview at the CPC. CPC provides short and long-term mental health modalities for children and their families. The CPC also provides mental health and prevention and training services.

KanSERVE program assists veterans in finding available civilian jobs and training.

Offers baby formula

Digital Literacy classes for adults focused on improving reading, writing, and computer skills. Classes have 10-14 students, an instructor, and tutors to help with individualized learning.

Vibrant Health’s team of behavioral health specialists are here to help with a variety of mental health needs for patients of all ages. Behavioral health services include screening children and adults for diagnosis of behavioral health conditions; trauma-informed interventions for patients with mild or moderate conditions; and coordinated referral to partner agencies for patients with severe conditions or chronic, long-term needs.

JCDHE provides childhood immunizations, including Hep B, Rotavirus, DTaP, Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib), Pneumococcal, Polio, MMR, Varicella (Chickenpox), Hep A, Meningococcal, Kinrix, HPV (Gardasil) 9 and Pediarix.

KSDS, INC provides service dogs to individuals that are visually impaired or physically disabled. They do not train dogs for Autism, Alzheimer’s, cognitive challenges, diabetes, hearing loss, emotional assistance, post traumatic stress disorders (PTSD) or seizures.

Other items available depending on donations are walkers, wheelchairs, crutches, canes, ostomy supplies, colostomy supplies, bandages, gauze, Depends, or laryngectomy supplies. Offer pressure point pillows and afghans as comfort items. Provides nutrition for feeding tubes, adult diapers.

Provides individual counseling and psychotherapy for a range of issues including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and self esteem.

The center offers therapeutic services for children with special needs.

This office provides applications for Medicaid.

JCDHE provides WIC, the supplemental food and nutrition program for mothers and young children.

Start Talking provides online counseling for issues such as anxiety, depression, life challenges, & other issues
