The CCRB contracts with local nonprofit agencies who provide mental health and substance use treatment services for children under age 19 who are residents of St. Charles County. The CCRB oversees the administration and distribution of the Children’s Community Services Fund, which is funded through a 1/8 cent sales tax. The CCRB’s 12-month funding cycle begins January 1 and ends on December 31. It operates on a fee-for-service reimbursement model, which differs from foundation grants. Services funded include:

• Behavioral & Emotional Health (Educational Advocacy, Equine Therapy, OT, Speech, Parent Support, etc.)
