Scouts BSA programs are delivered through a collaborative effort of Council professional and clerical staff, volunteers, parents, and partner organizations. Services include the following, youth and volunteer training, age-specific camping programs, and leadership skills training and mentoring. Scouts can work on over 100 merit badges. The highest rank is Eagle Scout. The Scouts BSA program runs on a Patrol method with youth leadership; adults take advisory/training roles.
