BAILS provides Sensitivity Training in schools to 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders. Each grade's training is different and includes a video, assistive technology demonstration and a Q & A session conducted by a person with a disability. This training can be conducted in the school system, for boys and girls clubs, and to churches.

Sensitivity Training: A six station program for adults and children (grades 3rd and up). Teaches what it's like to live with a disability and dispel myths and misconceptions. Stations includes cerebral palsy, visual impairment, ADD, learning disability, physical disability and communication deficit.
