Offered in several schools in the Greater Kansas City area, CAAGKC Youth Services provides students with the tools, support, and resources they need to successfully make it through high school and beyond. Year round programs and services include work readiness, career exploration, leadership development, life skills, parenting education, community engagement, scholarships, and more. Emergency Services are available for families who have trouble meeting basic needs.

Community outreach supports can be provided for an individual for as long as needed.

Program provides case management for its patients

A professional Case Manager will work with you for a minimum of three months, taking the time to learn about you and your unique needs. The objectives of this program is to help you gain the skills you need to realize your dreams. They can teach you how to set attainable and measurable goals for yourself. You will learn about personal finance, saving, and budgeting through our workshops. We can connect you with occupational skills training, employment, etc.

A team will work with you in your home to develop a personal employment goal. Services include diagnosis and evaluation, training and guidance, training, transition services for youth, job placement, and rehabilitation technology and equipment to help you at your job. Vocational rehabilitation services to visually impaired persons so they may achieve gainful employment. Other supportive services may be available to persons not seeking employment

Support Coordinators are professionally trained advocates who coordinate services for people with developmental disabilities. Support coordinators help people access the services and agencies in the community to build a life that is personally satisfying. Supports are tailored to the needs of the individual and sometimes based upon individual funding. Support coordination can be provided for an individual for as long as needed.

The REVEAL Program provides intensive case management and case support for clients accessing REVEAL services. The case manager supports in document retrieval for services, a treatment plan, and assesses the client's self sufficiency and needs. No Housing vouchers are distributed. Reconciliation assist with the stabilizing households & possible eviction prevention through case management services.

The Resource Team provides case management for individuals with developmental disabilities such as autism, Asperger's cognitive disabilities, cerebral palsy, head injuries, epilepsy and certain learning disabilities.
