Professionals will assess a Veteran's rehabilitation needs and help accomplish various tasks so he or she can maintain or regain personal independence and dignity.

Offers temporary care during the day

Provides a day program that teaches individuals about their health and/or monitoring their health needs. Services may include medication administration., occupational, physical and speech therapy and monitoring vitals, tube feeding, and trach care.
