JCDS provides Day Supports. Activities promote independence, productivity, integration and inclusion and may include facility-based work services, work crews, jobs in the community, volunteer opportunities and other community-based activities.

Participants are given the opportunity to be involved in community living skills such as shopping, recreation and socialization skills

The Special Population Department provides residents who have special needs with ongoing recreational and educational programs for those ages 16 and up. The purpose of the program is to encourage the development of personal skills and abilities, to increase awareness in the community and to enhance development of social skills and individual creativity. This includes sports, dances, and other community integration activities.

Provides a day habilitation program for individuals with developmental disabilities such as autism, cognitive disabilities, cerebral palsy, head injuries, epilepsy and certain learning disabilities.
