Provide information to low-wage workers about their rights as renters. Our attorneys also represent low-wage workers (or help them secure outside counsel) when their rights have been violated.

Kansas Legal Services provides legal advice and representation to vulnerable Kansans. They assist with family law, housing, drivers' license issues, disability and other public benefits, expungements, consumer matters, and more.

Provide landlord/tenant mediation that gives each party an opportunity to present their side and work to come to a mutually agreeable outcome. This could include drafting a payment plan or setting an agreeable move-out date. This does not include legal assistance or code issues.
