Homeless Transportation Programs | Artists Helping The Homeless - Be The Change Program

Provides advocacy, navigation and support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Transportation is provided to address issues leading to or resulting from being unhoused (to shelters, non-emergency medical, housing and legal appointments, job interviews, etc.) Cannot do errands and recurring rides to jobs or school due to limited resources. Also provides advocacy and assistance identifying and accessing local resources. This program works with people as they progress from agency to agency.
