For Rehabilitation counseling services are available to patients actively receiving Ability KC outpatient medical rehabilitation programs and services. Neuropsychological testing requires an external physician referral including the reason for testing, most recent clinic notes, and patient demographics faxed to 816‑751‑7981.

Application process
Counseling referrals are managed internally for patients enrolled in Ability KC outpatient rehabilitation services. Upon receipt of a physician referral for neuropsychological testing, patients will be contacted to schedule or may reach out directly at 816‑751‑7732 for assistance.
