Description
This National Call Center for Homeless Veterans ensures that homeless veterans or veterans at risk for homelessness—and their family members, friends and supporters—can make the call to or chat online with the National Call Center for Homeless Veterans, where trained counselors are ready to talk confidentially. Have access to services they need. Provides information and referral for homeless veterans and their families to their local VA Medical centers, federal, state and local partners, community agencies, service providers and others in the community. Callers can be connected with the Homeless Point of Contact at the nearest VA facility.
