A sports play program for children with intellectual disabilities, ages 3-7, designed to introduce them to the world of sports, prior to Special Olympics eligibility at age 8. The program focuses on the development of fundamental physical skills and the application of those skills through general fitness and recreational activities.

Program of sports training, athletic competition, health promotion, and health education for children and adults with developmental disabilities ages 8 and above. Individuals can participate in up to 20 sports depending upon ability. In addition, there are extensive health and wellness and leadership programs as well as Unified Sports opportunities (disabled and non-disabled athletes competing together).
