Call for appointment. Advance reservation required.

Fees

$2.50 per one-way trip within Leavenworth County, including drive-thru business trips. Exact fare is required. $10.00 per one-way out of county medical trip to the Parallel Parkway Corridor, including Providence Medical Center and the Legends-area medical plazas. $15.00 per one-way out of county medical trips within a 50-mile radius of Leavenworth. There is a maximum of $100.00 per week, per client, for out-of-county medical trips.
