The Homeless Outreach program is designed to meet the healthcare needs of people currently experiencing homelessness or residing in shelters. Clients must complete a formal intake to qualify for services. Services available include medical, dental, behavioral health, optometry, women's health, substance use disorder treatment and individual/group counseling. If needs cannot be met, Swope Health Case Managers will work closely with clients to identify other community resources. In-person and telemedicine appointments available.

Swope Health clinics provide preventive and acute adult, pediatric and women's health services; dental and behavioral health services for all ages. Swope - Central has an inhouse pharmacy and optometry clinic that assists patients with eyeglasses and contact lenses. Glaucoma treatment is available. Sign up for dental urgent care services begins at 7:30am M-F.
