Individuals Aged 60 Years or Older
- Caregiver of Individuals Aged 60 Years or Older. The Caregiver and Individual Needing Care must Live in the Same Home
- Service can be Provided through Agency's Vendor Contract

Services include congregate meals/nutrition sites, senior ride programs, elder law, certified application counselor programs, Medicare information/counseling, adult day program centers, case/care management, adult protective services, adult in home respite care, area agencies on aging and specialized information and referral.
