Income requirements; must reside in the six-county area served; 11th grade High School student with 2.5 cumulative unweighted GPA or a 16+ ACT or 800+ SAT. For adult learners income requirements, age 24 years of age or older and reside in the six-county area served.

Traditional and College Saving Match scholarship applications open yearly in January and close in February. Adult Learner scholarship applications open yearly in November and close in December.
