Eligibility
Veterans, age 21 and older; must be alcohol- or drug-addicted and not on drugs prohibited by the program, whether prescribed or not. Must have gone through detox and come directly from there immediately after discharge; substance abuse counseling only for veterans who are in the clinically-supervised program.
