$15 for 1st Certificate and $11 for each additional copy at the same time.

Death certificates can be provided for anyone that passed away in the state of Missouri.
The Jackson County Health Department focuses on the prevention of disease, promotion of a healthy lifestyle and the protection of the community and the environment. Services include: AIDS/HIV testing and prevention, birth and death certificates, severe brain injury case management, communicable disease control, health education, STD testing and treatment, and tuberculosis screening.
