Call or go to website for application. The house must be prepared for painting. City staff will perform an onsite inspection of the property before a voucher can be issued.
All labor must be accomplished or provided by the homeowner.

The Paint Program provides free paint and supplies to qualifying homeowners who live in Kansas City, Missouri. There is no income requirement for this program.
