Arabic, Somali and Spanish, American Sign Language. Phone-based interpreter services are available for other languages.

Walk-in care is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. A master's-level mental health professional will meet with you and help you get the care you need. Each person who utilizes walk-in hours will be assessed and connected to appropriate services. Please bring with you, if applicable, a photo ID, insurance card, guardianship paperwork, and birth certificate (for minors). Medicaid, Medicare and most types of commercial insurance except for Signa and United Healthcare. Uninsured residents of MO living outside of TMC's service area can pay a flat fee of $125 for their first visit and each additional visit is $75 for a doctor, and $60 for a therapist.

Intake assessments provided on a walk-in basis where participants can find services such as crisis intervention, case management, therapy groups, psychotherapy, psychiatry and medication management.
