The Transitional Housing Program serves families with moderate barriers. Clients live on their campus in a fully furnished apartment. They work with case managers and volunteers to learn financial literacy, job readiness, and various life skills.

COMMUNITY LINC

The Community Housing Access Diversion and Prevention Program is designed for homeless or at-risk homeless households with court ordered eviction or for households who have been evicted after April 2020 and been served with a court hearing. Community LINC operates housing programs for homeless families including Rapid Re-Housing and Transitional Living. To become a possible candidate for Community LINC's services, families can be assessed through the coordinated entry process. Community LINC also accepts direct applicants and referrals via their website.
