Must have past due balance or shut off notice.
Required documents
SS card, proof of address, photo ID and birth certificates for all household members.
Hours
M-F 9am-11:30am & 1pm-3:30pm
Languages
English and Spanish with additional translation services available.
Application process
Call starting first business day of the month while supplies/funds last. Client will then speak with the Program Coordinator for a pre-eligibility screening and will be directed on their next step forward.
